Signs the local browser session, keeps the Homey authorisation response with the browser that started it and supports replay protection. It is HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax.

Blocking the session cookie may stop the Homey connection and scan from completing safely. There is no optional-cookie switch because there are no optional cookies in this build.
